Chris installed my flagpole a year ago and I could not ask for someone more professional and more passionate about what they do for a living.  Just outstanding service.  A perfect installation.  There is no need to call any other company to put your flagpole up.  Don’t waste your time.  America the Beautiful is easily the best out there!!

I’m so incredibly proud that Chris Macaluso chose Oradell as the home for his business, America The Beautiful Flags & Flagpoles, located at the train station. Since meeting Chris many years ago, he has proven time and time again what a good-hearted, giving person he is through his generosity and service to Oradell as well as many other communities. The veterans in Paramus suffered an act of vandalism and Chris, his team, and others came together to right this wrong. Kudos to you Chris and everyone who made restoring the Paramus VFW’s flagpole a reality.

“I have a 25 ft, old and heavy steel flagpole on my property. I fly the flag 24/7, 365. Recently, a windstorm knocked my pulley and rope loose and knocked the Flag to the ground. Fortunately, an unidentified Patriot passerby found the flag on the ground and neatly and properly folded it and placed it on my wall.  I called around to find a company who would be able to repair my pulley and replace the worn damaged rope. Chris replied promptly to all of my emails, gave me a good price and scheduled me in quickly! When he arrived with his crew, we discussed the best approach to make the repairs. Chris and team very friendly, attentive and helpful from the first call. I wanted to have a flag pole installed in my front yard.  Before we spoke about the pole Chris was concerned about my yard and asked about sprinkler systems and any else that the pole would effect. It was comforting to know he was concerned about me first and not profit. He explained everything on the phone, met with me at the house, explained everything to my wife and I and we agreed to get a flag pole. Also, even after the pole went up the company has followed up numerous times to tell us about when to fly the flag at half staff and also how to protect the concrete base from getting water in it and cracking. It is very reassuring to know there is a company that doesn’t forget their customers after the sale and is also looking out for the customer.

I’ve used their services on several occasions, from installing flag mounts on my home’s exterior to installing a weather vane on the roof of my garage. For quite some time I wanted to install a flagpole in tribute to my father, a WW2 veteran.  The one we had hung on the face of our home wasn’t enough. A friend recommended Chris so I called. He quickly came for an estimate and I was surprised how reasonable the job was. From beginning to end everything went smoothly and exactly how he said. Chris, almost 10 yrs ago designed and installed my outdoor lighting system, which is in perfect shape today thanks to his top notch maintenance and recommendations for change as the landscaping changed. He is through and reasonably priced for the product you get.

We had purchased an outdoor lighting system some time ago.  The company that installed our lighting system did a nice job but as the years went on, the lighting system started to have issues.  We could never reach our installer to service our issues.  We contacted the distributor where the lighting fixtures we purchased and they suggested that we contact Chris at PanaLuna and that he would return our call and take care of our issues.  That was 3 years ago and we still use PanaLuna for all our lighting needs.  The staff is friendly, they work quietly and if I didn’t know they were coming, I would know they did any work.  But I always know what work was performed because I receive a detailed email explaining what work was performed and how long it took!  Very professional company. One time I looked out my window and I noticed one of the guys picking up leaves from our flower bed.  They really care!

Being a person who prides themselves on doing most things myself, I was very reluctant to turn over the lighting of my property to anyone.  I know I am a very difficult customer and I am very hard to please but working with PanaLuna was a great experience.  My wife and I were so pleased with the results of lighting the front of our home, we had Chris return to design and light up our backyard and pool area.

Chris Macaluso of PanaLuna Design Group has worked on my property for several years and has designed and implemented a beautiful outdoor lighting plan for both the front and the rear of my home.
