Being a person who prides themselves on doing most things myself, I was very reluctant to turn over the lighting of my property to anyone. I know I am a very difficult customer and I am very hard to please but working with PanaLuna was a great experience. My wife and I were so pleased with the results of lighting the front of our home, we had Chris return to design and light up our backyard and pool area.
We had purchased an outdoor lighting system some time ago. The company that installed our lighting system did a nice job but as the years went on, the lighting system started to have issues. We could never reach our installer to service our issues. We contacted the distributor where the lighting fixtures we purchased and they suggested that we contact Chris at PanaLuna and that he would return our call and take care of our issues. That was 3 years ago and we still use PanaLuna for all our lighting needs. The staff is friendly, they work quietly and if I didn’t know they were coming, I would know they did any work. But I always know what work was performed because I receive a detailed email explaining what work was performed and how long it took! Very professional company. One time I looked out my window and I noticed one of the guys picking up leaves from our flower bed. They really care!
